Inside Sales Representative

Description: Responsible for enrolling clients via telephone, overcoming objections, performing website walk-throughs, product demonstrations, and following up with clients to ensure they are progressing through the education. Needs to be flexible with hours, and be available to work evenings.

Inside Sales Representative Job Duties:

  • Performs needs audits with potential clients to determine if they are a good fit for our education and services.
  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and performs website and product demonstrations.
  • Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Reports qualified prospects to sales manager and maintains up-to-date records in the company CRM.

Part-Time Customer Service Representative

Description: Responsible for talking with clients and potential clients, assisting with complaints, sales, and providing product and service information. Also, work
closely with sales team and their needs. Needs to be flexible with hours, and be available for evenings.

Customer Service Representative Job Duties:

  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
  • Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best
    solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
  • Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
